As Tom Lehrer said: \u201cLife is like a sewer\u2026 what you get out of it depends on what you put into it.\u201d <\/em>I do love to surround myself with other hard working and ambitious people that want to make a difference in the world. It is both inspiring and many times give me the opportunity to give back. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ASTIA, is a community with a great mission of helping women with mentoring and investments, gives me also the opportunity to help, especially those people who shared my passion for improving the healthcare system overall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am also happy that I could bring a helping hand for other women that are standing up for themselves and issues that they are caring in theirs hearts. I lastly mentioned about FemTech, but there are so much that we need to do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One step at a time, we could achieve incredible results. Especially that there is so much to do and solve, hopefully we will see many changes and more equal opportunities for women in next years. From my perspective by bringing more and more role models to the public\u2019s attention we show younger generations that they could chose paths that are not that much obvious because of the gender. Or even make it to be obvious, with new roles, chances and opportunities in the socialization starting in homes, schools, local communities and global movements, we can make a change. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
