So why aren\u2019t we talking about it?\u201d That&#8217;s a significant number, yet many suffer in silence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One major barrier to seeking help is language. Imagine trying to express your deepest struggles in a language you&#8217;re not fluent in\u2014it&#8217;s daunting and can prevent people from reaching out for support. This is a reality for many individuals in the United States who speak languages other than English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there&#8217;s hope on the horizon. Emerging technologies are stepping in to bridge this gap. From translation apps to online therapy platforms with multilingual support, these tools are making mental health resources more accessible to everyone, regardless of the language they speak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By breaking down language barriers, we can start having more open conversations about mental health.
